Hailed as the social event of the year in Ireland, The NOBU BALL. For the last 2 years running, the entire Nobu team from London led by celebrity executive chef Mark Edwards, have descended upon the Four Seasons hotel in Dublin and hosted the most magnificent fundraising events in aid of ORM. Organised by one of Ireland's Leading Business Executives, Mr Andrew Collins, in partnership with Nobu, they have brought style and purpose to corporate & social responsibility.

The Nobu ball has been described in the media as "Sushi meets Sophistication", "Diamonds and Decadence", "the social night of the year". The ball is the brain child of a man that has the Midas touch, he is young, talented, has an incredible business mind, but more importantly, he is all heart. Andrew Collins is a man that lives the dream but on his own terms. He puts others first and makes it all look so easy.

It is a night that takes months and months of preparation. From the menu, the staff, to the ambiance of the room, the amazing auction items, to the finishing touches for the guests. The Nobu team fly in from the UK and take over the Four Seasons kitchen for the night to prepare a meal that is so good that has to be tasted to be believed. This Michelin star restaurant not only prepares the delicious food, provide their staff and expertise but they also keep giving. As a rare auction item they provide their services free of charge to host a private event - Nobu at home - making their impact felt long after the lights of the ball have dimmed.

This is a truly inspirational international pairing with a purpose; to provide for children that live a million miles from the glitz and glamour of the Four Seasons and indeed from fine dining. What they do is a testament to the goodness that still exists in this world today. Their input and the input of a man with a great heart have left the imprint on little children's lives forever.
