Santa Visits the Baby Orphanage with ORM!

Although Christmas is a very busy holiday, Sana somehow finds time for each and everyone.  After he completed his rounds at Hincesti Children’s Orphanage he made his way to Baby Orphanage for abandoned and orphaned children aged 0-6 years from Chisinau. Here his gang was joined by a young rising Moldovan singer Stefanel Roscovan (aged 12) who has just won the junior Eurovision title and really is a very talented young chap! 

The children were delighted to see everyone and do what every young child usually does; jump up and down, shout, dance, have fun and at the end of a fun filled day each child received an individually wrapped present. Besides the presents Santa brought with him, there were also a lot of presents under the Christmas tree that every child could choose the one he/she liked the best.

Just like Hincesti Children’s Santa's grotto; the Baby Orphanage Santa's grotto was like something right out of a fairytale. We had a beautiful big Christmas tree, wall decorations and helium balloons that were flying in the air. When we saw just how excited the children became about the balloons; Santa and his helpers made sure that each child got as many balloons as they could hold. Each individual present was accompanied by a big bag of goodies brought in especially by Tanya & her wonderful dad and the very kind crew in Cadbury's Ireland.

It was a really happy day. Seeing the big smiles and all the excitement on the little innocent faces had made our day. Santa looks forward to returning again next year.
