The 400m & 750m Swim

The swim will be dead straight along the Royal Canal. Starting close to the Kilcock Harbour. Waterquality exceeds that set out for a Blue Flag. 
The new transition area at the North Kildare Spoorts Club will be next to the finish, plus runners will pass by it at the end of their first lap. This will make the course better for spectators as well as competitors.
 

The 20km Cycle

The cycle will be on roads closed to traffic between Kilcock and Maynooth. You will cycle out and back on the 5km stretch of road twice, to complete 20km.
 

The 5km Run

The run will be 50% on trails along the picturesque Royal Canal trail and through the grounds of the North Kildare Sports Club.
