The Swim
The swim will be in Golden Fall lake (pictured). You will start in the water and swim clockwise around a triangular course.
There are two swim options:
  • Super Sprint - 400m
  • Sprint - 750m

 

The 22km Cycle

The cycle will be on a single 22km loop.
The cycle route is on quite roads, through the foothils of the Wicklow mountains, so it's undulation, but there's no major climb.
 
 
The 5km Run
The run will be on a single out and back route into Ballymore Eustace village.
