The Runamuck Challenge is a cross country running event over a wet and mucky course with various man made and natural obstacles including bale "jumps", net scrambles,  tarzan swings, ladder bridges, ditchs, streams, tyres and tunnels designed to test your mental and physical strength, and to leave you with a great sense of achievement and a big grin on your face!

Course

The course lap distance will be approx 4.5 km long.
The Muckers option will be a single lap of the course and should take between 25 and 50 minutes to complete.
The Serious Muckers option will be two laps of the course and should take between 50 and 100 minutes to complete.

Each lap will take in many different obstacles and challenges which include various bale "jumps", tarzan swings, ladder bridges, climbs and crawls under nets, pipes, tyre tunnels, various ditch dash, plank walking and other water and land challenges

Recommended attire is full body cover such as running leggings and long sleeved running top and runners or boots with Good Grips.

A change of clothes for after the event is strongly recommended  - A dry changing area and a basic washdown hose will be provided but don't expect frills - this is a back to basics down and dirty day on the farm experience that we hope will leave you smiling from ear to ear and with plenty to talk about in the Hamlet Hotel in Johnstown Bridge at the after event Prizegiving on Saturday afternoon.
